As you will appreciate, the priority of the website this week has been the build up and travel arrangements for the play-off final at Stamford. It would have been difficult to mention the Charity Day and push down vital information about coach travel to Lincolnshire.
So, to remind you, this Sunday there are two matches for Teenage Cancer Trust. The gates open at 12 noon and the first game kicks off at 1.30pm between Shire Oak/Brownhills and West Brom All Stars. The second game is scheduled for approximately 3.30pm (allowing for the change over of the changing rooms between the first game ending and the players getting ready for the second game) and that's between Chasetown Latics and Chasetown Bluebirds - featuring former manager Charlie Blakemore, current manager Craig Harris and refereed by Alan Wiley.
Alongside the matches are tombolas, raffles, games, a bouncy castle, refreshments etc. Including in the raffle prizes, are a dolls house, two tickets for Birmingham Speedway, the Sheffield FC original rules of football, two tickets for the Emirates Stadium and various meals around local pubs etc.
Keep your eyes on the website for more information about the Charity Fun Day.
