Have had a busy week this week, looking through end of season programmes, compiling past Chasetown data (Thanks to former player Dave Shelton for the programmes)
Still got gaps, but have now got the following
1986-1987 complete season appearances and goals
1987-1989 complete league appearances and goals (and cup goals)
1990-1995 complete season appearances and goals
1999-2010 complete team line-ups
The gaps I now have
1987-1989 cup appearances
1995-1996 missing 6 line ups
1996-1997 missing 2 line ups
1997-1998 missing 2 line ups
1998-1999 missing 11 line ups
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Still more to do, but at the moment, I have total appearances as
Simon Hyden 494 (with cup ones to add)
Andy Cox 443 (with 1985-86 and cup ones to add)
Jon Rose 433 (with cup to add)
Tony Dixon 390 (with cup to add)
Dave Shelton 374 (with cup to add)
Top ten scorers 1986-2010 becomes (and I think I have all the scorers for that period)
Tony Dixon 197
Shaun Bradbury 129
Karl Edwards 105
Charlie Blakemore 99
Lee Bullimore 70
Dean Perrow 65
Mick Ward 58
Danny Smith 47
Jon Rose 43
John Jackson 38
Les Tonks 38
* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * *
Mick Ward scored 39 goals in 1987-88 which is the highest goalscoring total in the period covered

Updated encyclopedia pages for Withingon, Shelton and Rose.
Withington at least 97 clean sheets for the club
Shelton at least 282 consecutive appearances. I can only find two games where he didn't start in 1989-90 (before a cup final he was rested) and in 1994-95 he was on the bench for one game (not sure which)
Rose 13 seasons, at least 433 appearances - likely makes him 3rd highest appearance between Cox/Hyden (still determining which order thsoe two are in)

282! Bloody hell!
Just a bit of context, Brad Friedel leads the way for the premier league with 182.
Couldn't quite match Harold Bell with 401 though! Tranmere between 1946 and 1955, inc 26 apps in the FA Cup.
