What an awesome draw. FC United of Manchester at home should we beat Lancaster.
This will ensure a gate of around 1000 with their superb away support.
Most attractive tie we could have had at this stage of the competition.

Prospect of FC United tie spurs Chasetown midfielder on
Chasetown FC midfielder Richard Batchelor believes the prospect of a clash with FC United of Manchester will spur the Scholars on to victory in their FA Trophy replay against Lancaster City.

Charlie Blakemore’s side were minutes away from booking their place in the next stage on Saturday when Chris Horton’s goal was cancelled out in the dying moments.

But with Lancaster back at the Scholars Ground this evening (October 20) as the two sides try once more to settle the tie.
