Leek Town v Chasetown Pitch Inspection 2 Years, 6 Months ago
John Goddard has informed me there is a pitch inspection at Leek at 3 pm after heavy rain today and overnight

(although, this will come as a shock to anyone living in Nuneaton where apparently - see last year's forum - it never rains)

As soon as I hear from him, I'll text as many people as I can on my phone and hopefully someone can get the decision up here.

It has come as a total shock to me as it has been a lovely sunny day here in Nuneaton all day so far. Had a bit of rain last night but nothing to write home about.
Just hope the game's on as i fancy our chances tonight.

Tonight's match has unfortunately been postponed following the pitch inspection.

If you are looking for some football action, however, the reserve team is at home to Wombourne in the JW Hunt Cup (7.45pm kick-off).

Lashed it down for an hour or so in Birmingham today and there was some heavy rain over the weekend, and last night. Some localised flooding in some areas of the Midlands, but, as we know, Nuneaton is the place to be for the sunshine
