A couple of good results for us tonight in the league.

Kidsgrove lost 2-0 at home.

Glapwell dropped two points away in a 1-1 draw.

Rushall went top thanks to a 2-0 away win at Willenhall.

That gives them a 2 point advantage over us at the top but we have three games in hand.

Two games in hand over Kidsgrove - 1pt behind.

Still seems to be Glapwell the danger - Same points but they have 2 games in hand over us.

Seems to have been a good workout for the lads at Pelsall. 4-0 win. Two from Reece one from Gary Hay and a late penalty from Danny.

Roll on Saturday!!!!

Glapwell do look a danger, but I think the fixture back log could really test them. I remember us 2 years ago having 4 or 5 games in hand and I think we got 4 points out of a possible 15. Can't take anything for granted in this league.

I would still take our position over Rushall's, and I still think we will finish above them in the league. You just can't be sure who is going to win any given game, we went to Mickleover with them near the bottom, and they are looking very strong.

Agree with the above points and remember we still have Glapwell to play.

The fact is in this league that practically every team is dropping points here and there and we've seen sides go top and then slip back as quickly within a few weeks.

As long as we can maintain our form I'm not concerned and I don't doubt if we do come the end of the season we'll be right up there.

Time to take advantage of those games in hand and open up some breathing space between us and other sides if possible.
