Great idea, but I suspect that the League would bring forward a league fixture to avoid congestion later in the season.

The Staffs FA website also implies that the October date is fixed.

But, in essence, it is a great idea

Exactly what I thought, but have been told that the league will rearrange a game for that date.

So still a game to look forward to on a Saturday Just don't know who or where it is yet.
