Hi all,

First of all, congrats for getting through to the second round, just read your match report and sounds like you thoroughly deserved it, so well done, great effort!

So now it's up to us to try and beat you, and I for one can't wait to come to your ground and meet some proper football fans As I'm studying at Uni of Birmingham, it means it's (relatively) just up the road for me and so I'm definitely going to make the trip.

Just a few questions though, I can't find directions to ground etc anywhere (I will be coming on train) so can any of you help me out?

Also, is it worth coming and staying the day and if so what is there to do around Town (by yourself!), or shall I just come for the match?

the best way will be probaly gettin the train to lichfield city station and gettin either the '60' or '61' bus to chasetown. these buses run frequently throughout the day and the the bus stop in chasetown by the junction pub is literally down the road from the ground, and its best you come down the for the match as there is'nt alot to do, apart from drinking (though i aint 18yet)

yea as above,,well theres uasually a dozen of us havin a few beers in the junc,or the uxbridge,before ,durring.and even after the game,,you more than welcome,,,

PS. (I really hope you don't take this the wrong way as it is a compliment) but I'm impressed someone under 18 supports Chasetown. It's hard enough to get the people of Grimsby to support Grimsby, and we don't have any "big" clubs nearby (most of the kids that went to my school were Man U, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea "fans" - and this was while Grimsby was in what is now the Championship!). It's great to see someone young supporting there home team!
