Price up how much a coach ticket would be for every away game. Work out how many sponsors there are. Do the maths - does the sponsorship really add up to that much to cover those sort of costs? I'd doubt it.

What about relatives of players, surely they should have their own private coach?

I think there a few who go to EVERYGAME who should be afforded free travel, those who have been coming for years and years and years. Everyone else should pay, inc sponsors, I think that's fair enough.

Am I the only one who misread the theme of this topic as sponsors should pay for all of us to go to away games?

Presumably a sponsor knows what they're getting before they hand the cheque over and I wouldn't have thought many clubs,at whatever level, provide perks for sponsors other than for at home games.

You could do a sponsored run to raise travel funds.
Or cycle to each game for money, then pay for the coach.
I dont know?
